What a wonderful Saturday at Birdsall Sports Park! Lots of kids got to play lots of rugby! We did not have any major injuries that I am aware of and we had zero major disciplinary issues! A great day!

SCYR does not keep official score at u10 and u12 so I am not sure of their W/L record for the day but…I am very proud of our u14 teams. They faced the San Diego Mustangs…always a club with top tier talent.

u14 Light demolished the Mustangs Light team 59-5
u14 Open had a tough fight and a close loss at 19-10

Great job to the players and coaches at u14 for such a strong showing.

I apologize on behalf of the Board for our misunderstanding with the taco and host food. The City ended up shutting down our food operations over some confusion via email. If you or your player were impacted, please accept our apologies.

I will begin to send info about this coming Saturday tomorrow.
I can say that u10 and u12 will be in Encinitas.
u14 will be at Santa Fe Christian HS.
